Common questions.
Do my crews need to learn an app?
No — that's the point. They use WhatsApp, which they already have. No new app, no training, no resistance. WhatsApp-first is the single biggest reason this sticks with field crews.
Will it work with our accounting software?
Tier B includes integration with QuickBooks, Sage 300 CRE, Jonas, or Buildertrend. We confirm exactly which system you run during discovery — integration is where scope creep lives, so we nail it before kickoff.
What if the AI gets a quote wrong?
A human reviews and approves every quote before it goes out. The AI drafts; your estimator decides. You're never sending an unreviewed AI quote to a client.
How long does it take to build?
5–10 weeks depending on tier and integrations. The discovery week comes first (1 week) to scope it properly. Delivery can start within 72 hours of a signed SOW + deposit.
Why the paid discovery first?
So the proposal is honest. The discovery week (C$2,500) gets you a written scope, a 3-tier proposal, and an ROI projection built on your real numbers. You keep all of it even if you don't build with me.
Is my data safe?
Yes — we handle it under PIPEDA, with a proper MSA reviewed by an Ontario lawyer. Job data and client info stay controlled. We cover data handling explicitly in the SOW.
