Common questions.

What if I can't make it?

Reply to your registration email and I'll move you to the next session at no charge. If you can't make the next one either, full refund within 7 days of the original date.

Can I send a colleague in my place?

Yes — just reply with their name and email at least 24 hours before. No charge to swap.

Will I get a recording?

Yes for virtual sessions — uploaded within 48 hours. In-person sessions are not recorded by default; ask if you need it.

Are these prerecorded courses?

No. Every workshop is live. You're in the room with me, you ask questions in real time, and we work through your specific situation in the hands-on blocks.

Why CAD pricing?

I'm based in Toronto and most of my buyers are Canadian. HST is added on top of the listed price. US buyers — reach out and I'll send a USD quote.

Can my whole team do this together?

Yes — that's the Private Team Workshop ($8K-$15K). I customize the examples to your business and run it in your office or on your Zoom. Ask about it.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Module 1 is built for absolute beginners. The only prerequisite is curiosity. I've taught the same content to retirees, teenagers, lawyers, and tradespeople — all with the same results.

Is this just ChatGPT training?

No. Module 1 covers all 5 mainstream platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok). Module 2 onward focuses on agentic AI (Cowork, scheduled tasks, computer use) which is where most of the real productivity gain comes from.
