Module 05 · Advanced Track

Build local agents that work for you 24/7.

One day plus an ongoing cohort. You'll build AI agents that run locally on your machine — working with your own data, on your schedule, around the clock. Plus the part most courses skip: how to sell agent-building as a service.

Outcomes

A running local agent — and a plan to monetize the skill.

A local agent runtime installed & running

A production-grade local agent framework set up on your machine, with a marketplace of ready-made skills connected.

At least one working agent deployed

A local agent doing real work on your data, on a schedule — running whether your laptop is being watched or not.

The agent framework map

An honest comparison of OpenClaw, CrewAI, LangGraph, and the Claude Agent SDK — when to reach for each.

A security-aware setup

Sandboxing, approval gates, and the guardrails that keep a 24/7 agent from doing something you didn't intend.

A monetization plan

The agent-as-a-service business model — how to sell what you just learned to build, the most valuable part for the audience.

Ongoing cohort access

Agents break and evolve. The cohort is where you get unstuck after the workshop ends.

What you'll build

Three agents in one day.

AGENT 01

Email triage

An agent that reads your inbox, categorizes, drafts replies for approval, and surfaces what actually needs you. The universal first agent.

AGENT 02

Document processor

Watches a folder, processes new documents (extract, summarize, file, route), and keeps a searchable record. Runs unattended.

AGENT 03

Your custom agent

You pick the workflow. Could be CRE pipeline ops, lead research, content drafting, monitoring — whatever recurs in your week.

The business case

The part most agent courses skip.

Agent-as-a-service monetization

  • How to package an agent build as a fixed-fee service ($12K–$32K range, same as the workflow builds)
  • Selling agent templates as productized assets
  • The managed "AI digital employee" retainer model ($3K–$10K/mo)
  • Where the recurring revenue lives — and how to price it
  • How to find the first three clients (it's easier than you think — everyone has a repetitive workflow)
Who this is for

Builders ready to go local and 24/7.

Module 4 graduates

You can build apps; now build autonomous agents that run on their own. The natural progression.

Aspiring AI service providers

Want to build agents for clients as a business. The monetization block is built for you.

Technical operators

Comfortable in a terminal, want agents working your own data 24/7 without sending it to someone else's cloud.

Module 5 questions.

Why is Module 4 required?

Agent runtime setup and configuration happen in a terminal. If you haven't done Module 4, installation alone will sink you. Module 4 is the prerequisite that ensures you're ready.

What hardware do I need?

16GB+ RAM recommended (local agents run alongside models), ~10GB free disk. A reasonably modern laptop. We confirm specs before the session.

What's the cohort?

Ongoing access to a group of fellow builders + periodic check-ins. Agents need maintenance; the cohort is where you get unstuck and share what's working.

Is my data safe with a local agent?

That's a key advantage — local agents keep your data on your machine. We cover sandboxing, approval gates, and the guardrails for safe 24/7 operation.

Can I really sell this as a service?

Yes — the monetization block is the most valuable part. Every business has repetitive workflows worth automating. We cover packaging, pricing, and finding your first clients.

What's the Builder Bundle?

Module 4 + Module 5 together, ~10% off. The full builder path: from "I can't code" to "I build and sell autonomous agents."

The most advanced thing in the curriculum.

Build agents that work while you sleep — and learn to sell that skill. This is where the AI-curious become AI-service providers. Module 4 first, then this.
